Our Policy

Swim Caps:

To ensure the comfort of our swimmers, students with hair longer than chin length are required to wear a swim cap or have their hair pulled back in a mid or high ponytail. 

*Swim caps can be purchase at Raynboe Swan.

Goggles:

Unless instructed otherwise by their instructor, all students should bring their own pair of goggles to every class. Please note that we do not provide loaner goggles.

*Goggles can be purchased at Raynboe Swan.

Crying Children:

If a child becomes upset during a lesson, they often calm down more quickly when they focus on their instructor. We kindly request that parents remain in the sitting area unless otherwise requested by the instructor.

Towels:

Please remember to bring your own towel as we do not provide towels for use.

Parents:

During swim lessons, parents are kindly asked to wait in the designated waiting area and are not allowed on the pool deck. However, parents are welcome to join the last five minutes of the class to observe their child's progress.

Lessons: 

Once lessons have been purchased, they cannot be transferred or given away.

Swimsuits:

To ensure appropriate swimwear, anyone entering the pool must wear suitable swim apparel. Street clothing is not permitted, and girls are required to wear a one-piece swimsuit.

Rescheduling/Cancellations/Refunds:

We apologize, but we do not offer refunds. Lessons canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time will be forfeited.

Inclement Weather:

In the event of rain, lessons will still continue. However, if there is thunder, lightning, or if the bottom of the pool is not visible, we will cancel the lessons and reschedule.

Health & Safety Protocols:

To prioritize the well-being of everyone, if anyone in your household is unwell or has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 48 hours, we kindly ask that you stay home and do not attend the swim lessons.

Swim Diapers:

All children who are not fully potty-trained are required to wear a Happy Nappy swim diaper along with a disposable swim diaper, as this effectively prevents accidents in the pool.

Payment:

Payments must be made in full on the same day as the booking. Please note that payments not received by midnight will result in cancellation. We accept payments through invoice, cash, or check as methods of payment.
